Not as "Tearjerkers"
On the 24th day of September, my parents (Lino and Nora), two sisters (Cookie and Ting), my second sister's Chinese boyfriend (Ryanne), and I were in seventh heaven to have dinner at Mingoy's for Cookie's birthday. We all finally had a rad tranquility. That night day was very quiet --- this place in Alabang town is like the Spanish ambiance. Of course, we do love Spanish looks. We lovingly ate healthy foods such as vegetables, fishes, chickens, salads, pumpkin soups, fresh fruits, and herb breads.
Besides that, we spoke of beautiful lives that we had faced. Each of us gracefully talked about job, business, people's needs, and future that we shared and learnt from each other. Although, we are all not perfect because of what happened to the Bible story about Adam and Eve. We love ourselves and learn to be ourselves and can count on each other with our faith in the Lord.
After we had dinner at Mingoy's, my parents went apart from us because we (Cookie, Ting, Ryanne, and I) went to the SOMA bar-and-party that my second sister, Cookie invited her old friends, ex-classmates, and officemates over to her private birthday party. SOMA is near the Alabang town and owned by the black foreigner from Africa. That is Cookie's friend since Cookie lovingly goes to the bar and party at SOMA.
Oh my gosh.... we all went "nuts and bananas" ---- drinking, dancing, schmoozing, shouting, and so forth!! With me there was all gays!!! There were few female friends of my sisters and cousin, of course. Oh yeah, my cousin just came to the party after we had dinner with my family. Thus, it's fun, though. Nothing bothered me because I got used to that when I was in the US hanging out with my friends and classmates in New York. Warning you, we were all late and must have enjoyed that wild party! ;) LOL Well, I did not want to demoralize Cookie (my second sister) if I did not join for fun. We are all sisters. To tell you frankly, Cookie loves the night life all the time and so does my third sister? Nodding..... Smiling..... Not me! LOL
Ewww! guess what? The owner's old foreigner men stared at me and must have their crushes on me. No way, I did not like them but just was nice to them at all. Geez! The old white man named Matthew asked me to dance with him on the floor. I was like "Oh no, I am not interested to dance with him but I admit that because I never dance with the man before. So, I exploited it." LOL Of course, I am not going to have him. Don't worry.
Thus, the private birthday party of Cookie was terminated at 4 am!!! We became exhausted and lost our energies because of too much fun that increased.
That is life going on. I thank my sister, Cookie for making me different.
Till then! :)
What happened to the blog?!?!
I have been losing three times blogs I made since now. I am a little bit upset.... I am going to start over with that later. Oh boy! This blog is pretty strange..... I don't understand. I do save my drafts and see nothing at all.
I will have to be very wary when I am about to post my blog.
Sighs..... I am not doing this time. I am already exhausted and fed up.
I will post another blog later.
I am sorry....
Today I became MAXED OUT....
Sitting while working on AutoCAD at MICROCADD Technologies Company, INC. is really pain in the neck for me. You don't know --- there are tons of COMMANDS to type on while designing the plans and so forth. Nevertheless, something seems strange to me because I enjoy it a lot and learn a lot from that ---- PATIENCE and HARD WORK.
I then stop working at 6pm today because this company usually closes at 6pm so all co-employees leave and must have been worn out afterwards.... We all are engineers, architects, industrial designers, and interior designers. That is life, you know? It is like we are in the big real business world!
Other than that, I thank the Lord for being there with me when I am the only one deaf person working. To tell you the truth, some tactful co-employees have their chance to communicate with me through writing on the screen of the computer. It is pretty nice of them to befriend with me.
Well, bed time right now.... I better grab my time to rest! :) -- Ricci
Chatting and emailing....
Prior to checking my emails, I talk with my friends from the US online. Sometimes, my life is up and down because of the distance and different hour we have. We even still remain friends forever. We have different stories and lifestyles to share with. In everyday life, there is no perfection we can see throughout the years. We have to learn what we have been doing and should thank God for the blessings we receive through His spirits.
Funny thing --- I have been thinking about the future: business set, house, and love life. My being a woman already becomes initiative. I have to set my goals of what I would be doing before lifetime is short or late. I like to do something which is very simple; for example, I do the pilates, body balance, and run work outs, read, and write. Carefree is carefree...... However, I need more time to focus on the Lord who is preparing things as I request from him through communication and prayer request. I can tell you --- I consider Jesus Christ as my very good friend in my entire life since I was little. Ooops, sorry -- it is out of point.
Now, I end my conversation with my friends online and head off to check my emails. There is no new news for me.... I know for real my friends have been very busy working and studying. I learn a lot about lifestyles through them. To tell you frankly, I have one of my nicest friends in the US, an Italian-American female named Gina Marie Cal. She and I have been talking all the time. We were roommates and classmates at Rochester Institute of Technology (R.I.T.). We miss each other a lot.
Well, I guess that is about everything for now. I better go back to work on AutoCAD.

Sunday.....
This morning I got up and went downstairs to have breakfast with my family. We were all in pajamas -- it's fun, though. As we talked about what is happening to the whole world, we somewhat had concerns discussing together on how we thought of and cared for since we read informative newspapers. After we finished our breakfast, we got ready for church at Lighthouse Christian Community to worship God and to hear everyday gospels and God's words. We, afterwards, arrived there and cheered with Christians beautifully and gracefully. Imagine, I do not have an interpreter at my church. My mom is the one who is interpreting for me -- she has been getting through that all in her life. However, I can sing with my sign language through my heart. No one knows me in that church but admires me for I can do somehow.
While staying at home with my family to watch movies, I have been thinking over time about my future job, house and marriage but that is not my duty -- it is God's wills or time, I can wait in the right way. I have been communicating with my best friend, Jesus Christ who died for our sins. I am sure everything will be fine for me since I keep my faith in God all the time. I thank God for the blessings he gave me. Some people give me positive adjectives when talking, meeting, and seeing. That is a simple life for me.
The night passed, my relatives came over to our house for dinner. We prayed before dining together. We shared our talks about our lives going on...... Beautiful stories and funny stories..... We never forgot what we have done in our lives. We keep thanking God for that blessings. After that, we individually gave kisses to one another as we ended our dinner time in our home.
Having felt tired, I went to my upstairs room to get ready to start writing my journal here before going to bed.
till next time --- Ricci :)
What a busy day for me!
I have been thinking about how I start with the lessons for ENGRAM 2 B and BUSICOM classes all day long. True, I am just slacking off around the house after I get back from work. I still don't feel like doing anything at all; however, I ought to do right now because this Friday I will teach at DLS-College of Saint Benilde in Manila. It sounds like I am just stressed out!
This evening I have had a quick dinner so that I can prepare the lessons for Friday class. Argh..... I might stay up late later on since I have tons of things in my mind. Look, I am right here to type what is going on to me prior to finishing the lessons. It seems strange to me, huh?
Well, that is what life is like..... I would better get going back to work now.
---- Hasta Luego! Clarice :)

On the 24th day of August, my dad who had a conference with the University of Asia and the Pacific colleagues, invited me to join with him and asked me to contact my two teenage cousins and a 8-year-old nephew to see if they would really like to join with us as well. Tripping to Baguio was exciting! --- my cousins, nephew and I had no classes and no work.
Being miles away from home in Laguna, we were sitting and sleeping in the green huge "Expenison" car all the way long. When we needed something, we stopped by the gasoline station to buy ourselves "merienda" (Spanish word which is "snack") and to go to the gloomy wash room to keep us clean and fresh. A few minutes later, we quickly hopped in that car feeling like we were "couch potatoes" since we could not stand the rainy season. All of sudden, my dad bought a box of fried chickens, 4 small bags of fried fries, and four plastic bottles of spring minerals for dinner so we all ate in that car. It was so enjoyable and quiet. At the quick moment, we fell asleep going along the way toTarlac where my father was born for we slept over one night. The next early morning, we woke up and got ready to head off to Baguio. We enjoyed viewing the zigzag roads and jagged moisted green mountains.
In three to six hours we got to the Camp John Hay and Baguio Country and Club areas. We finally arrived safely and became carefree. We stayed in one bedroom so we had three beds to share with each other. After that, my dad had to head over to his conference. My cousins, nephew and I ate out for lunch at O-Mai Khan Restaurant nearby the cities and markets. We then went shopping around the places that afternoon. Having been exhausted, we decided to rest and nap at the Camp John Hay Hotel. Until the night passed, we ate out at the Baguio Country and Club Hotel and we wanted to have chitchats at StarBucks Coffee. The night was pretty nice but chilly and showery. We went back to the Camp John Hay Hotel to take a break -- my cousins talked to their classmates and friends on their cellphones; my nephew plays a car on game; I watched the French movie that had the English subtitle. Believe it or not??? Pretty nice day, though.....
In Baguio, we all spent 4 days while my dad was in a conference. We were just out and about.... Shopping.... Schmoozing.... Eating.... Napping.... Walking.... Watching.... Reading.... Sleeping..... That is LIFE you have to learn and enjoy.
What an adventurous trip to Baguio --- Camp John Hay and Baguio Country and Club! Look at the picture of Camp John Hay Hotel up there on the right side. That is where we stayed. It is very beautifully furnished and well-decorated. Also, it is nearby the golf sides.
