New Year --- 2006...

We family and relatives are awaiting the time to become 12 in the midnight. We are so excited about fireworks we want to watch. I thought we individually have our different resolutions for 2006 -- we have to move on and do something for the Lord who gave us the wonderful blessings. We never forget Jesus Christ who died for our sins and has been here for us through the spirits and our faith.

We have a simple life here -- welcoming relatives to our home and enjoying fun times we spend and share with one another. We look forward to 2006 as we are thinking over and asking the Lord to help us in our career, marriage, relationship/communication, and so forth...

Well, that is all for now -- I am waiting for the midnight to pass by this coming new year.

Enjoy yourself and pray to the Lord always whenever you need. Share your love with one another; even if, we still have ups and downs. God will always be here for us if we have our good deeds in life.

Just Got Back from the Break in Baguio and Tarlac City....

Yeah... We have been going to Baguio-and-Tarlac City every Christmas. As you know, I don't have to tell you a story but briefly I tell you what has happened to me.

Here you go... My dad, mom and I only went to Baguio and stayed at Baguio Country and Club Hotel for three days and then proceeded to Tarlac where my dad's farm is located. We stayed in the cottage nearby our farm for one night. We just chilled out... watched movies on dvd... read newspapers or story books... ate merienda... napped and rested... That is what life is like...

Before heading off to home, we strangely felt that something was wrong with my dad's car which was being shaked and almost hit by other vehicle. My dad quickly told our driver to slow down and swerved on the side of the highway because of the back left tire that blew up. There the highway patrol came to ask us what was happening. The patrol assisted my dad and driver when they saw us parked. We thanked God that we were safe.

That story seems odd... Finally, we arrived home safely and felt like we calmed down.

Then, nothing was new. Haha... That is that!

Taking my time to start this new blog.....

Whew! This past few month I had done the whole 2nd trimester class. I was so busy teaching, helping my students out with English Grammar dramatization, and getting things done. Christmas is fast approaching, then!! I can't believe TIME really does FLY!!!

Before the 25th day of December, my mom, aunt, cousin, and younger sister with me went to Divisoria where people can afford to buy cheaper items for Christmas gifts and beyond.... Christmas gifts are for our family members, relatives, and friends or co-workers. It was tiring but FUN. Why not? Aaaahh.... some of my friends and old school mates and classmates from the US and around the world sent me greeting cards by mail. Thus, I sent ones as well! I thank God that we still keep in touch; even though, we are miles away from each other.

Guys, you see --- towns around here are beautifully decorated and filled with Christmas lanterns, ornaments, and lights that are made of rice/capris, oriental papers, and fabrics. Everybody seems excited and cheerful during the Christmas times. Whoopee, we no longer feel very hot and humid -- cold waves hit us so much. It is very nice, though. We always smile and enjoy what we are doing. That sounds strange but wonderful.

Ironically, my parents individually give my two sisters and me money as our Christmas gifts before Christmas comes by. Can't tell you how much we get. It is a secret. Hahaha... Otherwise, my two sisters and I independently go shopping somewhere else by ourselves. Whatever we like to buy for ourselves.... Freely... Wisely... Safely... Lively... Thankfully...

Hey, I don't buy gifts for my parents and sisters because I got an idea -- I am painting portraits of my family members. It is much better than nothing. I save up my money. Hahaha... I am not like the money person. (grins) It is the simple one!

Well, I will write more later because it is now 10.00 pm. I have to hit the sack of bed. Tomorrow I will go shopping again. Shrugs....

Merry Christmas and a Productive New Year to you all!
