My birthday, October 8
That day I worked on AutoCAD projects at MICROCADD Technologies Co., INC. Unexpectedly, my second sister called me at 3pm via cellphone because she wanted to treat me to dinner on my birthday. However, on my way home I arrived and received her message. So, again my driver would drive me to Greenbelt where my sister and cousin with her boyfriend met me for dinner. My cousin and her boyfriend too came along with us. They all celebrated with me on my birthday at Italiannis Resto in Makati City. It was fun; although, it's simple. I enjoyed having dinner with them. We are already adults.
After that day, my family and relatives came over to our house to celebrate with me on my birthday. It was a blast time!!! It sounds like the Spanish fiestas. Praying... Eating... Watching... Talking... Reading... and so forth -- we all did whatever we wanted to do during my birthday. It was lovely and exhilarating.
My birthday was already gone. I checked my emails that I might think my friends from the US, foreign countries, and the Philippines greeted me through e-cards and emails. I was very blessed to receive a lot of messages from them. I thank the Lord for that blessings. Very interesting.... It is not like in the US where I studied and lived alone -- no one greeted or celebrated with me there. It is life going on....
Turning 29 feels like I am already a fine lady and learnt some mistakes in the past. Now, what I wish for my birthday is that I want to be a famous designer and have a nice man. LOL Whenever God provides. I can be patient and have right time to prepare my own styles. I love God very much for He has created me and the whole world.
That is all about everything. I will write another topic after this or later. :)

Cafe Breton -- Continental, European
When you walk into this cafe, you might feel you have been whisked off by magic to some small cafe out in the countryside of Brittany. The decor is French provincial, with rustic furniture, moss-green tile flooring and earthen pots on blue-painted shelves. Adding to the ambience, members of the staff sport red berets. For something really rich, order the Funtastic crepe--banana and Nutella crepe topped with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce, and flambéed in Grand Marnier. Have it with cafe au lait, cappuccino, or espresso. I think the average cost per person is PHP200 and the average Cost in the US: $4.00.
Thus, you see the descriptions of Cafe Breton above there. Last Sunday, my youngest sister and I went to Cafe Breton in Alabang town after the Christian church service. It was lovely having her at lunch. For real, we do love European abiences and stuff. What we ate for lunch is Neptune (tuna and vegetables wrapped in crepe) and Nutella (banana with chocolate sauce wrapped in crepe). We really enjoyed eating that light healthy foods, then.
See the pictures of Cafe Breton.
:) Hasta Luego!
Saturday was great!
Myra and Rey Lee invited me over to Skyline, World Trade Center before Saturday passed by. After I finished my work at MIRCOCADD Technologies Company, INC. in Makati City, I ultimately headed off to fetch three of my friends at the front of DLS-College of Saint Benilde: Bronson, Jorelle, and Macky. My driver drove us to World Trade Center where Lester Lagos' birthday party was held. There we came.... Guess what? We were in cowboy costumes and as models.
When we arrived at Skyline, WTC, there were several deaf people attending Lester's birthday party. Some of people were familiar to me. I met my old friends and ex-classmates and finally I had got the chance to see them and chat with them. I simply said "HI" to whom I knew; otherwise, some of people tried to get my attention and talked to me. I was like "Oh gosh... I am that bad for I did not listen to whoever calls or waves at me." Thus, we schmoozed.
Funny thing was that some young guys were staring at me and failed to talk to me. I laughed and giggled silently. Hey, guys... Don't think that I flaunt my being pretty to everyone in that party. It just happened when people saw or met me, they commented on me by themselves. LOL... That is life....
During the game, everyone was encouraged to join on the floor for fun. It was very interesting.... I had never seen that before since I got used to being with my hearing classmates and friends when we had the games. In deaf culture, people do the various games such as coins, balloons, dances, and so forth. In hearing culture, people do the various games such as dramatics, word-speaking, bottle magic, and the like.... See the differences.
After all, we got picture-taken altogether prior to going home. It was fun, though.
I rode a car going home with my driver and remembering what I did in that party. LOL...
Till next time :)
